MANGUPURA, MediaTimsus.com – Based on the results of immigration supervision in the Karangasem Regency Area, Singaraja Immigration has deported a foreign citizen with the initials EE (Lk) 41 years old Austrian nationality, Sunday (April 23, 2023) local time.
From the immigration documents in his possession, EE lives in Indonesia using a limited stay permit (ITAS) as a foreign worker valid until August 1, 2023 issued by the TPI Ngurah Rai Special Class I Immigration office with a residential address at Jalan Sunset Road No. 105, Seminyak, Kuta, Badung Regency.
Based on the results of inspections and findings in the field, EE carried out activities at locations that were not in his working area. In his work permit, EE has a position as an athletic coach with a work location in Badung Regency. However, he has been working as a coach and trainer for flying yoga in Karangasem Regency since June 29 2022, which is not his working area.
In addition, EEs who in their immigration documents reside in Badung Regency, based on their acknowledgment and certificate of residence, those concerned have lived in the Amed area, Karangasem Regency since October 16 2022 and have never reported them to the Immigration Office Class II TPI Singaraja whose working area covers the district Karangasem.
Based on the above, EE has violated Article 75 of Law number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration, regarding a work location that does not comply with the RPTKA and the address concerned does not match the residential address on his residence permit. EE is subject to immigration administrative actions in the form of deportation and detention, and has departed to return to his country via I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport on Sunday, April 23 2023 at 17.00 WITA with the final destination Viena International Airport (Austria).
